1. Keep all communication lines clear.

If you have questions, (no matter of what nature) ask. If the answer is still not clear, ask again. Knowledge is powerful. Advocate client understanding from both sides of the desk. We want our clients to be informed. We believe that the more our clients are involved with the branding process, the better they understand their own brand and how important it is to communicate their brand promise to the world. We keep the process transparent on every level.
